Our Story
Spiaggia Ristobar is an Italian restaurant centered around a bar in Sneads Ferry, NC. It is owned and operated by husband-and-wife duo Gianni and Randi Cinelli. Gianni was born in Italy and grew up his whole life in the restaurant industry. Gianni and Randi have owned dozens of restaurants all over NY and NC spanning over 40 years.
What Is A Ristobar?
A ristobar is a newer type of restaurant that is becoming popular in parts of Europe. Instead of being a restaurant that offers drinks or a bar that offers food, the establishment hybrids food and drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) pairing for an astonishing culinary experience.
